“One Otsuka” is a concept envisioned by President Matsuo aim at promoting talent cultivation and the robust development of the company. the participating members were self-recommended by young employees from company and factory. they are all ambitious and enthusiastic people.

One Otsuka Workshop provides an opportunity for team members to share their dreams and express their creativity. with everyone's concern for the company and factory, everyone can talk about their vision for the future and brainstorm through the Workshop, which can improve thinking and communication skills and grow.

The company's team has a total of 16 members, composed of people from different work domain such as office staff and sales.

This time, a workshop with all employees was held in the Taipei office. Everyone was divided into two groups to brainstorm, experiencing the significance of Team Building and teamwork. We discussed the challenges the company faces from different perspectives, summarized our opinions and put forth suggestions. Moving forward, it is hoped that the company will strengthen its human resources development and training plans. and, through CSR activities, we hope to increase Otsuka's brand presence and give back to the society.
