After President Matsuo has taken up his post on September 28, 2023, he convened the third Zhongli factory-Plenary Meeting. The theme of this meeting was "Smiles！

" Top executives from the headquarters and all factory staff gathered, and over the course of a day, discussed the company’s and factory's strategic direction, educational training, presented on 5S activities, recognized outstanding employees, and employee introductions. During this enriching meeting, we shared valuable information, improved the quality of the conference, and heightened employee satisfaction, igniting greater motivation in them. Every participant at the meeting was filled with smiles on this day.

Going forward, all of us will devote ourselves wholeheartedly to creating a workplace environment at the Taiwan Otsuka Zhongli factory that is filled with smiles.
