Taiwan Otsuka Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. was established in 1974 with the corporate philosophy of "Otsuka-People Creating New Products For Better Health Worldwide". At the beginning, it focused on infusion nutritional products. Since 1982, it has been implemented therapeutic drugs which developed by Otsuka Group to benefit patients.
Over the past decades, thanks to the support and enlightenment of relevant people in the medical field, as well as the previous Chairman and General Manager leading all colleagues to work together and move forward. Providing products and services to Taiwan's medical industry has enabled the company to flourish.

In September 2021, the Otsuka Group celebrated its 100th anniversary, and began to move forward to the next 100 years. Taiwan Otsuka Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. will also celebrate its 50th anniversary in 2024, and head towards the next 50th years. Now the company is making continuous efforts to move towards a higher level. Since the establishment of Taiwan Otsuka Pharmaceutical, factory was also built in Zhongli, making Taiwan more able to take care of the health of people worldwide than ever before.
In the future, not only treatment, but also prevention and post-treatment care will become more important, and health care in daily life will be paid more attention, and it will become indispensable for all-round health care.
Facing the social and medical issues due to the highly uncertainty afterwards, we will regard changes as great growth opportunities, create health value through diverse business, and contribute to people's health.
