On May 22, Taiwan Otsuka Pharmaceutical held training sessions for its NGP (Next Generation Program) and MLP (Management Leadership Program),
continuing its commitment to helping employees build proactive thinking, teamwork, and problem-solving capabilities in a changing environment.
This year’s theme, “Accountability and Execution,” also reflects the company’s emphasis on fostering ownership and a strong sense of personal responsibility,
encouraging employees to approach challenges with a more proactive mindset and actively seek practical solutions in their daily work.
Through interactive instruction and practical scenario discussions,
the trainer conveyed the core meaning of accountability, guiding participants to understand that accountability is not simply about completing assigned tasks,
but about taking initiative toward overall outcomes—communicating proactively,
coordinating resources, and turning plans into action. In this context, effective task planning and execution become especially important.
Participants also exchanged ideas on work planning, prioritization, progress tracking, and communication methods in their daily responsibilities,
reflecting on how to move tasks forward with greater efficiency and quality while embracing a spirit of shared success in putting accountability into practice.
Taiwan Otsuka Pharmaceutical believes that the growth of its people is a vital foundation for sustainable corporate development.
Looking ahead, the company will continue to support employees through diverse talent development programs,
empowering them to demonstrate ownership and work together to build a more resilient and action-oriented organizational culture.
