On the morning of November 5, 2024, Taiwan Otsuka Pharmaceutical held a “Career Path Workshop”
where managers from various departments gathered to discuss key roles, responsibilities,
and the enhancement of individual and team capabilities at each career stage.
Through group discussions and interactive sharing, the workshop delved into core competencies
and invaluable experiences required for each position, with a focus on critical skill development.
The program consisted of sessions on goal setting, interactive reporting of achievements,
reflection on experiences, and summarization, allowing participants to reassess their
current standing and future paths. This workshop not only strengthened team cohesion
but also fostered an environment dedicated to driving talent growth, and leverage the spirit to
teamwork that creates a bright future together.
