On the afternoon of July 30, 2024, the Career Path Workshop was held at the Sheraton Grand Taipei Hotel,
drawing together mid-to-senior level managers from various departments. The workshop delved into the core
strategies for career development and leadership enhancement. This one-day workshop aimed to equip management with
essential tools to enhance competency mapping and demand analysis, crucial for navigating today's highly competitive
market environment. The workshop, led by the professional HR instructor, provided a clear and practical explanation of
the importance of competency knowledge mapping. Through practical sharing sessions, managers were guided on how to
