On July 26, 2024, a formal ceremony was held at the Taipei headquarters to mark the transition of contractor staff to regular employees
at the Zhongli Factory. This ceremony not only highly recognized the outstanding performance of our staff
but also signified that these exceptional colleagues were achieving a new milestone in their careers.
The ceremony commenced with an address by our CEO,who warmly welcomed the colleagues into their new roles
and encouraged everyone to strive for higher goals and grow together with us.

Following the CEO presented each colleague himself with a certificate of regular employment, highlighting the importance of this transition.
A group photo was taken in the main hall of the headquarters to commemorate the grand opening of the ceremony.Subsequently,
each colleague introduced themselves and shared their insights on next year’s Five teachings theme,"Living in the Moment."
This was followed by the viewing of the Otsuka People video,which provided a deeper understanding of our culture and history.
Colleagues actively participated, shared their thoughts,and answered questions related to the concepts presented in the video.
They were also given vouchers for UL.OS sample packs, making the event lively and joyful.

The ceremony continued with a time capsule activity where each colleague wrote a letter to themselves
and their supervisors to be opened a year later, reflecting on their achievements and checking if their goals had been met.
Our Chairman concluded the ceremony with a speech, expressing gratitude for everyone's enthusiastic participation.
Before the ceremony ended, everyone visited the photo studio, marking a perfect conclusion to the event.
