Team collaboration is a key driver of innovation and execution,
built upon the foundations of communication and trust.
This MLP course centers on the core values of "collaborative management" and "win-win communication,"
guiding leaders to adopt an empathetic perspective when faced with conflict—clarifying facts,
understanding different positions, and working toward shared goals.
At Taiwan Otsuka, every employee may take on the role of a project leader.
We believe that cultivating a culture of rational and proactive communication
enables every conversation to deepen mutual understanding and strengthen team cohesion.
Through real-world scenario exercises, participants practiced communicating from diverse perspectives
and were introduced to the principles of “working together, building consensus, and creating shared frameworks.”
The course emphasized that effective teamwork is not automatic,
but rather the result of consistent effort and long-term nurturing.
The instructor likened interpersonal relationships to an “emotional bank account,”
where every act of kindness, promise kept, and openness to differing views constitutes a positive deposit.
Conversely, neglect may lead to the depletion of trust.
Only by sincerely accumulating these emotional deposits over time can we build robust and sustainable partnerships.
Managers are not only responsible for driving execution but also serve as crucial communication bridges within their teams.
Through structured training and practice, they are equipped to reconcile differing opinions and align consensus—
turning every collaboration into an opportunity to build trust, enhance team resilience, and improve operational efficiency.
