At Taiwan Otsuka, we have always valued the importance of meaningful, cross-cultural exchanges.
We believe that sincere human connections serve as a powerful driving force for mutual growth.

This time, we were honored to visit Vietnam Otsuka and explore two of its key facilities
— Otsuka Technology Vietnam (OTV) and Otsuka Pharmaceutical Vietnam (OPV).
This was not only a valuable field study that deepened our understanding of manufacturing processes,
but also a profound experience in witnessing how corporate culture is truly embodied on-site.

During our visit, we observed how operational efficiency and meticulous attention to detail go hand in hand.
More importantly, we felt the strong sense of ownership and dedication to quality among all employees.
What touched us most, however, was the warmth of the people.
From the security guard’s respectful salute at the entrance to the friendly and natural greetings from local staff,
every gesture — though small — reflected a deeply rooted corporate culture that each person lives out with sincerity.

This journey gave me a renewed understanding: corporate culture is not just a slogan from management —
it is defined by the everyday actions and attitudes of each and every employee.
It shapes how individuals relate to one another, and how they engage with the world around them.
Through this firsthand experience, I am more convinced than ever:
a truly trustworthy company is one that lives its values consistently from the inside out.

I will carry this learning forward, continuing to embody the Otsuka spirit in my own work.
