At Taiwan Otsuka, we believe that the power of sustainability begins with internal action,
and the momentum for such action stems from each employee’s sincere understanding and commitment to ESG values.
Our recently held “Internal ESG Practices” course received enthusiastic feedback from participants.
The program covered key topics such as carbon reduction, plastic reduction,
and DEI (Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion), and highlighted concrete examples of
how departments—including HR, marketing, and IT—can contribute to ESG initiatives.

Through this training, our colleagues gained a deeper appreciation for the role ESG plays in corporate development.
What were once abstract concepts like “environmental protection” and “social responsibility”
are now being internalized and incorporated into daily work and departmental functions.
From promoting low-carbon lifestyles to supporting green supply chains,
from building inclusive workplaces to using technology to reduce resource waste,
ESG has become an integral part of our corporate culture.
