As the Lunar New Year approaches, Taiwan Otsuka Pharmaceutical grandly held its
biannual General Meeting,bringing together colleagues from the headquarters in Taipei
to welcome a brand-new year.The meeting not only inspired employees’ reflections
but also reinforced their recognition of and commitment to the corporate culture.
Following this, the Chairman delivered warm New Year greetings,while the CEO introduced
this year's theme, "Now", personally writing the calligraphy to express the message:
"Cherish every moment, give your best effort, and create the future through action."

Subsequently, external speakers and the HR department provided explanations on
company policies, while the Marketing and Legal departments shared strategies and
global policy directions, sparking enthusiastic discussions among attendees.
Additionally, preparations are already underway for the General Meeting to be held in Japan this July,
with a dedicated project team actively deepening exchanges and executing preparatory work
to bring even greater inspiration to employees. The meeting fostered a warm and engaging atmosphere,
strengthening mutual understanding and reaffirming the collective determination to build the future together.
Moreover, participants of the Hokkaido training shared their key takeaways,
and members of SLP, MLP, and NGP expressed their gratitude for the company’s dedication to talent development.

The afternoon session featured a series of exciting events, including the Spring Banquet planning,
the Carbon Reduction Competition award ceremony, and the recognition of outstanding
employees—celebrating the achievements of the past year. The meeting concluded
with a closing speech by the Chairman, summarizing this inspiring and unifying gathering.
He expressed heartfelt appreciation to all employees for their contributions and extended
