On the crisp autumn day of late October, Taiwan's Otsuka Pharmaceutical (Taipei Office) held a barbecue event. A total of about 50 colleagues, internal and sales staffs as well as family members participated in the grand event.

The second 「Friendly Cleaning Day」 event was held on October 23, 2023. 44 colleagues from Zhongli Factory participated voluntarily.

The 23rd PENSA was held from October 19th to 22nd at the Taipei International Convention Center. This was the first face-to-face meeting after the COVID-19 pandemic

Taiwan Otsuka is one of the overseas subsidiaries of Otsuka Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. of Japan. To enhance employees' understanding of Otsuka's corporate philosophy,

“One Otsuka” is a concept envisioned by President Matsuo aim at promoting talent cultivation and the robust development of the company. The participating members were self-recommended by young employees from company and factory.

After President Matsuo has taken up his post on September 28, 2023, he convened the third Zhongli factory-Plenary Meeting. The theme of this meeting was "Smiles！
