Taiwan Otsuka Pharmaceutical held its "50th Anniversary Celebration" on September 27, 2024.
Employees from our Taipei office and Zhongli factory demonstrated a spirit of teamwork,
carefully decorating the internal and external environments in preparation for the ceremony.

The first stage of this celebration was at the Zhongli plant, which serves as the production hub of
Taiwan Otsuka Pharmaceutical and is also an indispensable part of the global supply chain.
Distinguished guests from Japan and officials from the local government were the first to arrive at this pivotal site,
where they inspected the plant’s equipment, gained an in-depth understanding of the strict quality control processes
in pharmaceutical production, and witnessed the company’s achievements and technological advancements over the years,
marking the official commencement of the 50th-anniversary celebration.

The ceremony was opened by our Chairman, Hsu Shin-Yi, who expressed heartfelt gratitude on behalf of all employees of
Taiwan Otsuka Pharmaceutical to the distinguished guests from Japan, shareholders, directors, supervisors, and colleagues.
The chairman remarked, "Today, we look back at our past achievements while also looking forward to the future.
With the united effort and continuous innovation of all employees, I firmly believe we will continue to excel and
make greater contributions to societal health." Everyone gathered to celebrate the company's 50 years of brilliance.
After the ceremony, our guests visited the Taipei office to learn about our working environment and experience firsthand
Taiwan Otsuka Pharmaceutical’s efforts to strengthen its corporate image and enhance the trust of patients and healthcare
professionals in its products and services, further embodying the company’s commitment to safeguarding global human health.

Subsequently, our guests attended the 50th-anniversary commemorative banquet. In this warm and touching moment,
special thanks were extended to the government officials, professors, and distinguished guests from the Otsuka Group who
attended the event. CEO Matsuo remarked, "We are moving from Beyond Health to Well-Being, contributing to the health
and happiness of society as a whole as we embark on the next fifty years." Every achievement of us is the result of
the efforts and dedication of shareholders, directors, supervisors, and all employees. Since its establishment,
