July 31, Taiwan Otsuka Pharmaceutical proudly held a groundbreaking ceremony for the
"New Warehouse Construction Project" at our Zhongli Factory. The ceremony was inaugurated by
our CEO Matsuo Masashi, who, along with the honored guests, turned the first shovel of soil,
marking the official commencement of the project. This act embodies the hope for prosperity,
success, and a bright future for the company. The ceremony also included a sincere prayer for the
blessings of Gods, wishing for the project's smooth, safe, and successful completion.

In his speech, CEO extended special thanks to Director Kazushi Nagaya, who traveled from Japan
for this event. He emphasized that this groundbreaking ceremony is not only a significant milestone
in the development of the Zhongli Factory but also holds deep historical significance. He expressed
his hope that throughout the construction period, all staff and factory employees would prioritize safety,
laying a solid foundation for the company's sustainable operations.

Following the CEO address, Supervisor Doctor Lee commended the continuous progress of Zhongli Factory
and expressed anticipation for being invited again to the inauguration of the new warehouse facility.

vender partners, symbolizing the smooth progress of the project and underscoring Taiwan Otsuka Pharmaceutical's
