Taiwan Otsuka Pharmaceutical held its biannual Plenary meeting on July 11, 2024. This time, all our employees from the headquarter and branches gathered in Taipei, and gain a comprehensive understanding of the company's current business status and future plans. The full-day agenda was rich and fulfilling, include the company's business strategies and the key development scope of each BU. Even though the lasted all day, our colleagues remained attentive and focused on each topic, embodying the annual theme of "Hospitality" with care, enthusiasm, and concern throughout the activity.

The meeting commenced with an opening speech by Chairman Hsu, followed by our CEO sharing key points to our company's long-term development plans and talent cultivation, which contain the 3, 5, and 10 years stage-goal. Following this, the Executive Director of the Pharmaceutical sales Department provided an overview of business operations and the plans for TWOP's 50th anniversary celebration. The Legal Department conducted a compliance education session, which is necessary for our company's sustainable development.

To show appreciation for the hard work and dedication of our colleagues, the meeting included an award ceremony to honor the achievements of outstanding employees. In the final part, there was a special internal training on Taiwan Otsuka Pharmaceutical's first consumer product "UL.OS", allowing colleagues to gain a deeper understanding of the product through insights sharing.

This Town Hall Meeting was not only an opportunity to enhance interaction and communication within all TWOP colleagues and partners but also a starting point for creating a brighter future together. We thank to all colleagues for their efforts and contributions in assisting with the event.
