Taiwan Otsuka Pharmaceutical All-Hands Meeting: Listening to One Another on August 14, 2026

Taiwan Otsuka Pharmaceutical held its 2026 All-Hands Meeting on August 14,
bringing employees together for company-wide communication and exchange.
More than a forum for sharing business updates, the meeting served as an important opportunity for the company and its employees to better understand one another and openly exchange perspectives.

The meeting opened with General Manager Masashi Matsuo sharing the company’s views on organizational culture,
helping employees better understand the thinking and expectations behind Taiwan Otsuka Pharmaceutical’s future direction.
Department heads then expanded on these themes, discussing how they are being put into practice across their respective teams.

In response to new workplace bullying prevention requirements,
members of the Legal team also conducted an awareness session focusing on mutual respect, communication, and appropriate workplace boundaries.
Employees from the Zhongli Plant in Taoyuan shared their experiences from a series of community engagement activities as well.
Through their firsthand participation and interactions with others, employees reflected on how even seemingly small actions can have the potential to make a meaningful difference in someone’s life.

This year’s meeting also provided an opportunity for frontline employee representatives to raise topics related to employee benefits,
bringing their day-to-day experiences and expectations into an open company-wide discussion.

Taiwan Otsuka Pharmaceutical believes that the relationship between a company and its employees goes beyond policies and work responsibilities; it is built on long-term understanding and mutual trust.
When different perspectives are given the opportunity to be heard, and when people are willing to listen to one another with sincerity,
every conversation can become a starting point for continued change and progress.
