For half a century, the Zhongli Plant has been an integral part of Taiwan Otsuka Pharmaceutical’s journey. Recognizing that a comfortable dining environment plays an important role in the quality of employees’ rest and well-being,
the company undertook a full renovation of the long-serving employee dining hall and held an opening ceremony for the newly completed facility on July 29.

The ceremony began with a video documenting the journey from planning to completion.
It also captured employees’ memories and affection for the former dining hall,
as well as their expectations for the new space.
Following the ribbon-cutting ceremony, employees entered the new dining hall to experience the refreshed environment and enjoy a wide variety of meals.

General Manager Matsuo stated, “Employees are a company’s most valuable asset.
Supporting employee well-being is an ongoing commitment with no end point.
Caring for our employees’ daily meals and health is an area in which we will continue to invest.”

The newly renovated dining hall features a bright and welcoming atmosphere, along with a diverse range of menu options.
It is designed to provide employees with a comfortable place to relax
and connect during their breaks—whether enjoying a meal,
taking time to recharge, or simply chatting with colleagues.
