Centered on the theme “Taking Ownership and Moving Forward, Passing the Torch into the Future,”
Taiwan Otsuka Pharmaceutical’s Zhongli Factory held its all-hands meeting on March 30, 2026,
bringing together vision, corporate culture, and people-centered care to strengthen a shared understanding of the factory’s future direction among all employees.

The meeting opened with an AI-powered video that looked back on the factory’s development in recent years while also illustrating its vision for the future,
highlighting new possibilities in smart manufacturing and innovative transformation.
President Matsuo also spoke about the spirit of altruism that Taiwan Otsuka Pharmaceutical has upheld throughout its journey.
Meanwhile, the Plant Manager, under the message of “Looking toward the next fifty years through the lens of the past fifty,” reflected on the profound meaning of inheritance and continuity, while expressing sincere appreciation and expectations to all employees.

The program also featured a sharing session on the outcomes of the One Otsuka Workshop,
demonstrating both the company’s commitment to social engagement and the strength of team cohesion.
In addition, a psychologist was invited to introduce the concepts of psychological boundaries in the workplace and the Employee Assistance Program (EAP),
helping employees better understand the mental health and well-being support resources available to them and further fostering a healthier and more supportive work environment.

Employees who had participated in overseas training programs also took the opportunity to share their learning experiences and personal growth,
bringing greater exchange and inspiration to the meeting and reflecting the spirit of continuous learning and broadening horizons.

The 2026 Zhongli Factory all-hands meeting concluded on a high note amid warm applause during the presentation of the Outstanding Employee Awards, bringing the event to a successful close.
