At the Itano Factory and Matsushige Factory, the bright, orderly facilities
and well-organized production lines demonstrated manufacturing excellence where efficiency and quality go hand in hand.
From environmental maintenance to operational processes, every detail reflected discipline, professionalism, and accountability.
The confidence and focus of on-site employees vividly conveyed a strong sense of ownership embedded in their daily work.

During the visit to the Otsuka Group 100th Anniversary Memorial Facility,
the team further deepened its understanding of the Group’s management philosophy centered on “Health, Well-being, and Quality of Life.”
