Every meeting is a vital opportunity to unite the team and set the course.
When managed effectively, a meeting not only serves as a platform for information exchange
but also becomes a key driver of team collaboration and decision-making efficiency.
With this in mind, Taiwan Otsuka organized the “ Meeting Facilitation Masterclass ” workshop,
aiming to enhance team synergy through practical implementation indicators.

In this workshop, the instructor started from the essence of meetings,
guiding colleagues from different departments to rethink the value and positioning of meetings.
The course broke down the meeting process into three stages:
Before the meeting – clarify the necessity of holding the meeting and prepare thoroughly;
During the meeting – focus on concise, effective speaking, making good use of facilitation and coordination skills to reach consensus;
After the meeting – emphasize documentation and follow-up to ensure actions are carried out.
Each meeting, therefore, becomes a starting point for mutual understanding and collective progress.

Through this training, each participant gained a set of practical tools for meeting management
and rediscovered the role of meetings as a crucial channel for communication and decision-making within the organization.
Moving forward, these practical experiences will be gradually internalized and applied to daily work,
helping to build a more goal-oriented and action-driven work culture that will further promote growth and innovation.
