Taiwan Otsuka Pharmaceutical’s Zhongli Factory promotes the “Friendly Environment Day” initiative, with all employees coming together to maintain the cleanliness of the factory surroundings.
Every Monday morning, staff members take the initiative to pick up cleaning tools and work collaboratively to thoroughly clean the sidewalks around the factory,striving to create a clean and comfortable working environment.

Employees at the Zhongli Factory shared that through the continued practice of routine cleaning activities,
not only does it help improve productivity and workplace comfort, but it also strengthens team cohesion and a sense of responsibility.
