Taiwan Otsuka Pharmaceutical's 2025 DEI Week Successfully Concludes! This event,
which combined knowledge and practice, featured diverse interactive experiences and
two professional online courses—"Understanding DEI" and "Unconscious Bias."
External speakers were invited to provide in-depth insights into the core values of DEI,
inspiring critical thinking and broadening perspectives.

In addition, we carefully designed a series of immersive experiences, including a test
created by professional psychologists, DEI-themed film sharing sessions,
a pop-up knowledge quiz, and a heartwarming slogan competition. These engaging activities
further reinforced DEI principles, fostering collective resonance and action among all employees.
This event also aligned with International Women's Day (IWD), highlighting the company's
strong commitment to gender equality and female leadership. It showcased our dedication
to advancing DEI and the tangible results of our efforts.
